Liang Qichao is the most impotant person of China from 1898 to 1903.His activities in the fields of politics,medias and literature not only made him reach to the apex of his life but also influnced many peple around him.More and more peple focus on the reaseaches of Liang ,but no one can explain why liang attracted almost the attention of all ranks of chinese society in a short time and why liang lost the kind of charisma also in a short time.In my opinion,the answers to these questions are just the key to the core of the myth.With the help of the mass psychology, I try to reduct"the three revolutions"of Chinese literature into the original context of the history of the mass era.Simulating the manner which is used by Anderson to produce the imagined community, I illustrate Liang how to promote the formation of community concept and the tansformation of body identity in three aspects, those are the subject about"qun", the analyse on the Chinese deposition and the use of media.Just to do like that ,Liang can be enlight masses in a one-side way which presume the chaos or the crowd tied into a whole.On that foundation,I will explain Liang's tactics of enlightment in the following ways:the theory of evolution and the discourse of revolution, the fantacy of language and the change of style, the building of concepts and the myth of words, the agitation of sentiment and the function of religion, the subversion of types of writing and the classic rhetoric.Therefore ,the contributing factors of the mysterious phenomenon can be disclosed.According to that, I also make a bold inference on the reason why"the three revolutions"failed in the end.In addition, I will sum up the affects left by"the three revolution"of Chinese literature,including"masses:vacillating between elite's doctrine and populism","revolution:the picture of running wild and lasting forever","enlightment:as a kind of alternative diatectics and difference coexisting".At the end of the aticle ,I will reach a conclusion by the reflection of the contemprary phenomenon.
