Currently, the emphasis of higher education development in our country has been moved from scale expand to quality advance. To discuss the negative attitude towards study from undergraduates makes great sense to improve the state of study and promote the efficiency of study of undergraduates by deepening the reform of education. In detail: (1) Know about the degree of undergraduate learning burnout to help them to know themselves more clearly. (2) Find out the factors which result in this situation to make it more effective to deepen the education reform and improve the teaching quality.The concept of learning burnout comes from research on job burnout. Learning burnout of undergraduate means the negative attitudes in the study progress includes emotion lower, action reject and lower success feeling which result from the learning stress and lack of interests in study. In recent years, learning burnout has been more and more regarded by the scholars domestic and foreign. But the research is still on the primary stage and most of the scholars use job burnout to definite and study learning burnout. Meanwhile, the theory can not correspond with practice on learning burnout currently. Some lack of examples support and some lack of theory study. Our research made the questionnaires which match to the Chinese cultural background on learning burnout of undergraduate and the Influence factor based on some talks and open surveys by reference of domestic and foreign data. The questionnaires will be made to investigate the situation of undergraduates'learning burnout and find out the Influence factor by the combination of theory and practice. The features and values of this research can be presented in the following aspects: Firstly, the research on learning burnout is few in domestic and foreign countries. It is even fewer to choose undergraduates to be the research object. Secondly, the former research on learning burnout only covers some limited factors set in advance. The research only pays attention to the environment factors or emphasize particularly on individual factors. Our research collects a lot of information about learning burnout of undergraduate by consulting documents, making open questions and talks. We made related questionnaires to enhance the study on the Influence factor of learning burnout. We will combine the internal factors and external factors ( for example: school, family and society) together and try to study the Influence factor and the mutual infections between them. We will try to study the issue generally by analyses the subjective and objective factors. Finally, edit"the learning burnout of undergraduate questionnaire"and"the Influence factor in learning burnout of undergraduate questionnaire"myself. (The information searches on"the Influence factor in undergraduates'learning burnout's questionnaire"have no person to establish at the present.) The results of our research show: (1) The learning burnout of undergraduates now is considerable. It's critical and should be paid attention to.(2) The learning burnout of undergraduate is different in sex, grades, subjects and schools.(3) The learning burnout of undergraduate results from the individual internal factors (personality and interpersonal ship) as well as the external factors (school, society and family)(4) The intensity of the influence factors in learning burnout are personality and interpersonal ship factor, school factor, society factor, family factor.
