This thesis adopts a random sampling method to conduct a survey on the learning burnout,the level of mindfulness and self-control of 400 Art Learners.It analyzes their learning burnout,the level of mindfulness and the development of self-control,and learns the burnout of Art Learners.The relationship between mindfulness level and self-control ability was correlated and analyzed.Finally,the eight-week mindfulness training method was used to intervene in the art learner's learning burnout and self-control ability,and achieved certain intervention effects.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Art Learners have a certain degree of learning burnout,and the detection rate of art candidates with learning burnout is 10.3%.There is a significant difference in the sex and urban-rural scores of art candidates' learning burnout.Boys' learning burnout more than girls,and rural learning burnout is higher than towns.(2)The total scores of the righteous minds of the Art Learners are at a medium level,and there is a significant difference in the total score of the only child.The level of rightful minds of the only child is significantly higher than that of the non-only child.(3)The self-control ability of Art Learners is at a medium-to-high level,and there are significant differences in subjects and non-only children.Among them,the self-control ability of science is significantly higher than that of liberal arts,and the self-control ability of single-child children is significantly higher than that of non-only children.(4)There is a significant negative correlation between the learning burnout and the level of mindfulness,and the level of mindfulness has a negative predictive effect on learning burnout.The higher the level of mindfulness,the lower the learning burnout.(5)There is a significant negative correlation between art learners' learning burnout and learning self-control,and learning self-control has a negative predictive effect on learning burnout.The higher the self-control ability,the lower the learning burnout level.(6)There is a significant positive correlation between the level of mindfulness of Art Learners and the self-control of learning,and the level of mindfulness has a positive predictive effect on the self-control of learning.The higher the level of mindfulness,the higher the self-control ability of the Art Learners.(7)Learning self-control has an intermediary role between mindfulness and learning burnout.Specifically,the self-control tendency and self-control sense dimension in learning self-control play a partial intermediary role between mindfulness and learning burnout.Mindfulness can directly predict and influence learning burnout,and can also learn burnout through self-control tendency and self-control.Forecast and impact.(8)Eight-week mindfulness training can significantly influence the learner's learning burnout and self-control,reduce the learning burnout of Art Learners,and improve the self-control ability of Art Learners.
