Philosophical hermeneutics attaches much importance to truth but opposites method, and lays stress on interpreting but disparages cognition. However, the construction of its theory system doesn't get rid of certain methods(especially phenomenology and dialectics), and it has also provided some methodological foundation for us. Philosophical hermeneutics itself contains thoughts about method in ontological sense but not in epistemological sense, which we can name "the way of the philosophical hermeneutics ".But the difference between the subjective attitude and the reality brings multiple plights and especially challenges its universal request. Consequently, based on reflection and critique, many contemporary hermeneutical researchers have carried on effective attempt of the unification of interpreting and cognition as well as the fusion of the ontology, epistemology and methodology. However, in moral value domain, because philosophical hermeneutics (especially after it realized "practical philosophy trend" ) takes "good" as a goal, it is not only " the learning for oneself" and "the learning for others ",but also "the learning for the human beings". There are not any absolute value standards and we don't need any moral laws or rules. " Good" is "the free choice" and "the wise choice" based on self- understanding.
