The innovation-culture is kind of culture that can make everyone do their best, it can inspire innovation system and innovation of enterprises and individuals. This essay is try to introduce the concept of the innovation-culture, and analyze the basic content of cultural innovation, and then put forward the ways of the realization of innovation-culture.
