Ancient Greece was the cradle of the entire European culture from view ofcultural development. The unique geographic and geological conditions of Greecehave made the generation process of ancient Greek culture an interactive one, i.e.,critical succession of the advance elements of other cultures on basis of selfgeneration, and then confirmed and maintained in other nationalities and afterworldcultural heritages after global prevalence eastward and westward. During the lengthyhistorical oricess and through constant internal running-in and wide-spread externalprevalence, Greek Culture has gradually established its cultural style centered onpraising "restriction" highly, therefore, leaving remarkable imprint of Greek wisdomon this flowery and colorful human civilization.As a special value carrier and indication sign of Greek culture achievements,Ancient Greek literature includes the complete connotation of Greek cultural spirit.As one of the sources of western literature, just like childhood memories of humanbeings, the ancient Greek literature, however, reflected faithfully the moral statuspresented by the separation of primitive people and nature. "Impartiality", being themost basic moral layer, therefore, has become one of the key issues attracting theattention of ancient Greek literature all along. Under the historical conditions at thattime, various moral phenomenons all spread out through "impartiality" in the realsociety were translated into moral conflicts and confrontations in literature throughartistic imagination and description. Therefore, ancient Greeks made time featuredthinking and responses to "impartiality"-everlasting issue of importance to theexistence or non-existence of human society-through figures and contexts inliterature, from establishment to questioning and then back to reconstructiving. Theenthusiastic probe of the ancient Greeks for "impartiality", on the other hand, hasincarnated the core moral spirit of ancient Greece - "ar(?)te" (excellence), meaning thatone has realized to the most extent his essential function. From this, we can see thereasonalism light featuring learning and probing reflected in ancient Greek literature.This paper takes the generation of "morality" issue in ancient Greek literatureand its causes and value of the changes as the main study keys. The trial cuts in fromthe cultural development angle, supported by the fables, epics and dramas of ancient Greece, and through combing and analysis on the moral issues in ancient Greekliterature, to not only evaluate and analyze, in respect of history and philosophy, themoral conduct and moral phenomenon presented by "impartiality" topics in literatures,but also obtain, starting from moral spirit, some deeper thinkings that exceeds specifichistoric period, exceeds specific countries and nationalities, and that are valuable tothe history, modern times and all human beings.
