The prairie culture is the characteristic resources and superiority of inner Mongolian characteristic economy, it emit a profound culture for the Inner Mongolian characteristic animal husbandry and the characteristic tourism, it must be the new economy growth spot. But there are sill a lot of problem of using insufficiency and development unreasonable in utilizing the prairie culture resources.
