On The Aesthetic Culture's Transition Of Chinese Teleplay

This dissertation focus on the relationship of aesthetic culture and teleplay, to explain the transition of aesthetic culture in Chinese teleplay according to the national representative teleplay texts, analyze its background, content, meaning and influence, consider the evolvement and tendency of our teleplay's aesthetic value.This dissertation is composed of four chapters: the preface is about connections between aesthetic culture and teleplay. The first chapter narrates the development course of Chinese teleplay's aesthetic culture, including the leading view point of Chinese teleplay and the basic direction it make for in transition period, which emphasize in analyzing the aesthetic culture and teleplay after 1990s and their inter-relationship; The second chapter is on modernism taste: the elite's appeal in popular literature. It conclude different tastes' switch and elite culture's differentiation, to find out the situation and background of , and then explain difficulties and deficiencies; The third chapter emphatically describe the new practice of post-modernism aesthetic culture, which include the challenges in "post-circumstance", the inevitability of , how to hold traditional culture's ground in post-modernism aesthetics, and then analyze the test in order to detect popular culture's scarcity in deep-seated significance; In the forth chapter, the thesis focus on the consideration and expectation of Chinese teleplay's aesthetic transition, on the one hand, to think about a series of hardship under consumption age; on the other hand, to expect a new concept the conventionalism and modernism in teleplay aesthetic culture and how to establish a new teleplay aesthetic culture with Chinese characters, which can satisfy both the masses and the thematic spirits' appeal, at last, find out disparity and chances compared with other Asian teleplays.The last part is conclusion, to summarize the significance of teleplay aesthetic culture research, and then discuss what course our teleplay shall follow in such a multi-culture circumstance.
