The Hellenistic has always been considered as the decline phase of speculative philosophy. Most literates think that the interest on epistemology and ontology in the classical tradition of Greek has been changed to the pursuit of serene soul during this period. Among them, the theory of Stoicism, especially the Mediation of Marcus Aurelius which is the representative of the late stoicism, in such trend of research, has also been identified as an ethic work. Along with the great progress of philology in last century, the academia has made a newly investigation on the Hellenistic, they considered the relationship between Stoicism and classical Greek philosophy as a kind of positive critique and reformation. The Mediation should be considered afresh as well. It provides a new foundation for ontology by absorbing the consideration of Stoicism in the concept of time which is totally different to Plato and Aristotle, and the reality of being is practice, from this point, it takes the relation of human being and universe as the relation of part and whole, and then the determination of being has also been able to expand on this foundation.We begin with the topic of time, rebuilt the relations between several basic concept it raise by putting Mediation into the background of Stoic, then we can make a judgement crystal clear, about the position of this theory in the history of philosophy research. And to prospect an other vision of philosophy research.Then via review the general research tradition of time topic,since Plato and Aristotle, we show the inner coherence between being and time. The former belongs to the latter as negative factor. The being has the absolute reality, only when it's without the time. But Stoic introduced a pair of category named corporeality and incorporeality, it separated the being and the time, and considered that time is incorporeality, thereby avoided the existence of undermination and imperfection in time, and withdrew the necessity of the existence of non-time. In brief, the world of idea and the invariable substance do not exist.Aurelius thought further that incorporeal time has the reality, yet we can only identify present according to current practice of human. The reality of practice is the most original reality. The past or future practice is held as reality all based on the current practice. Thus only practice is real being, it establishes the reality of all the other beings. Even as the inner oneself, socalled human-reason, its reality also based on practice, not contrary. Since the form of time is divided into present as part and eternal as a whole, this structure also formed the relationship between universe and human in Aurelius' mind. The human only owns this present, that is a part, and the universe is the whole.Human as part should be accord with universe, such accordance is not set by speculation, because speculation as foundation of being to be was already eliminate, we can only depend on spiritual exercise. By means of analysis, judgement and choice of value, Aurelius took a sort of self-culitivation, this kind of activity is likewise build up a whole new world for oneself.In a conclusion, we take Aurelius' construction of reality and determination of being as a kind of imperfect anti-system philosophy theory. If all these philosophies are either dogmatism or skepticism, then the starting point of Aurelius's entire theory is the cognizance to the reality of practice and the godliness of god. When we put it into a list of anti-system philosophies and take an inspection, it is obviously that there's a potential clew, which runs through subsequent neo-platonism till so-called postmodernism at present. Without the help of the believe of apocalypse or some kind of intuitional ability, how could we explain the god and reality? Perhaps delivering those questions to us, that's the whole meaning of Aurelius's doctrine.
