Animation And It's Development

The mankind has mastered the language of animation art since the invention of movie technology in 19th century, along with the improvement of medium technique, especially the information technology uninterrupted development, animation appeared different manifestations of movie animation, television animation and the present network animation one after another, they have also undergone their stages of rapidly development respectively. The movie and television animation have become a huge industry already in the countries, such as the United States and Japan, and the animation has become a cultural advantage species among the mankind cultural ecosystem during the great change from industrialization to the information-based stage, As a sub-category of popular culture, animation is imposing more and more impacts on the teenagers and even adults in China.alongside the IT advance and globalization growth, the potentiality and the prospect of animation industry ,as well as magic power and cultural meaning of animation were all known by Chinese animation makers gradually.With the cultural heritage overview method, this paper discusses the problem of animation culture and it's progress. On the basis of reviewing of US and Japan'animations achievment and movie&television animation's development, this peper has discussed the gain and loss of Chinese animation in its development process and analyzed the new problems faced by Chinese animation in the first part; In the second part, the paper discussed the problem of animation development as cultural industry under the background of information technique revolution and the globalization, discussed the charictristics of animation culture and the relation between movie & television animation and the public culture, also the problem of cartoon for the teenager's acculturation and the cultural characteristics of the cartoon and the American animation; In the third part, with the new type of network animation, the paper discussed the it's technique characteristics in its aspects of creating means, manifestation, dissemination mode and run across mediums, it's art characteristics in its concept of value, art persue, cultural attribution; In the fouth part, the paper reviewed the network and network animation briefly, then discussed the challenge of movie &television animation to Chinese animation development, analyzed the obstacles to Chinese animation industry and discussed the opportunity of network animation to Chinese animation industry,made the road clear for the animation from works to products, then to commodity,the author also carried on initial thinking on deep Chinese culture as Chinese animation prosperous fields.
