Mergence Of Science And Art: Research On Ink-Wash Animation

From the 60's to the late 80's of 20th century, based on the traditional ink-wash painting, Chinese animation created a unique ink-wash animation, developed some national characteristics and representative artistic features, and made the foundation of"Chinese School". Particularly, ink-wash animation won world prizes for many times, and showed its outstanding contribution to the development of world animation. However, since the 90's in the 20th century, because of the complicated production process, the lack of film language and the impact of external market economy, ink-wash animation creation stalled.With the changing times and the development of digital technology, ink-wash animation began to glow with new vitality, and awakened the hearts of ink-wash animation feelings. From the perspective of science and art combined, paper explore the path of digital technology to produce ink-wash animation, including the two-dimensional and three-dimensional ink-wash animation, and study the solutions in non-photorealistic rendering, digital simulation and motion of camera. The use of digital technology, making the ink animation production efficiency and greatly improve, enrich the film and television language, and expand display areas such as digital special effects, games and new media.Through the analysis of traditional and digital ink-wash animation, we will have to insist the nationality, while using modern animation industry model for country's cultural industry strategy. On the use of digital technology, we will return to the essence of art combining the traditional culture and modern technology.
