Max Scheler'thoughts is complex, he has many research fields. But the one of most important research fields is value-ethnics. Based on the phenomenological viewpoint, Max Scheler (1874—1928) believes the value is delivered earlier than any experience. The existence of value is independent of its carrier. There is a preexistent and external order among the value. The value and its order are eternal. They are not changed because of their carriers'changes. The congenial value, vital value, immaterial value and divine value is a low to high order. In order to divide these values, Max Scheler established five criterions, that is, the degree of durative, inseparability, independency, satisfaction and relying. The value and its order appear through loving and hating. Love should obey the order of the kingdom of value, only do as this, can set up the perfect moral living. However, in modern society, the order of value has been displaced, and the impetus is hate. In order to resume the reversed order of order, Max Scheler tried hard to rebuild the Christian love and the community ideology derived of love.
