Research On The Kernel Words In Lunheng (论衡)

This paper researched on words which mean the concept of one hundred kernel words in Lunheng (论衡). Then arranged and described these words.The paper was made up of three chapters. The first chapter was the introduction. The second chapter was about th research of words which mean the concept of one hundred kernel words in Lunheng (论衡). And assorted them into eleven sematic fields of pronoun, character, number, person, animal, plant, body, act, nature, color, and name. Then distinguished and decribed the words in these sematic fields. The conclution was given in the third chapter.We sought the words completely in Lunheng (论衡), and arranged them clearly, gave chaters of them by the guide of semantics and the knowledge of sematic field. This paper have provided some valuable materials for the Lexical History in Chinese, comparative linguistics and general lexicology.
