"Cultural Revolution" Although in the 20th century, China's only occupy one-tenth of history, but in the meantime the publication and distribution of posters and publications in newspapers because of their unique cultural and artistic characteristics, creative works of art forms and methods of dissemination of works of art operation of the system, brought in the visual culture phenomenon with independent status and important value. During this period the design publications can be solidified the visual culture, with a unique form of a lattice pattern. Based on the theory of visual culture, from the Cultural Revolution publications design elements application form features, color expression, visual communication to explain the four areas, and to the contrary today when the scale of the design publications, analysis of this period of publications of the unique design of the visual cultural phenomenon.
