A Study On The Culture Development Strategy Of Jiangxi From The View Of Scientific Outlook On Development

The Scientific Outlook on Development, put forward by the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC, requests putting people first, pursuing comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development. A comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development will inevitably require us to pay attention to and strengthen cultural development, because in today's world, cultural development not only widely blends with the economic development, also plays a more prominent role in comprehensive national strength competition. The prosperity and development of cultural is the need of eco-society development, and the meanings of "comprehensive development" is based on "people first" principle.Cultural development is a systematic engineering. Jiangxi has abundant cultural resources. How to turn the cultural resources into development advantages, and enhance the competitiveness of Jiangxi, and promote economic development and social progress? It needs to plan the culture development pattern in Jiangxi by an overall frame science culture development strategy. Therefore, this article has done the research and the discussion from the following aspects:First, elaborate the relations between the Scientific Outlook on Development and the cultural development. Fourth, it contraposes the characteristic and the superiority of culture development of Jiangxi, based on the national and our province related policies, and sets the strategic target, the priority and the strategic way.Fifth, it analyzes the feasibility of turning Nanchang into the regional culture center of Jiangxi.
