Researches On The Construction Of Community Culture On The Scientific Outlook On Development

Strengthen community cultural construction is an important action to implement scientific development view. With the development of the socialist market economy and the growing complexity of society transition and community inhabitant, from a simple population living area, community has changed into agglomerations of various different social groups, benefit focus, location of social organizations, melting pot of people and society, supporting of social life. This makes the community culture construction as an important part of community construction. Community culture construction has the function of direction, conformity and driving, itself also plays vital role of communication, cohesion of the people, oriented value, discipline the behavior, cultural inheritance and coordination, so it has attracted from all areas of concern. In-depth study of scientific concept of development as the threshold community culture construction, which has fundamental significance in implementing realization science development view, creation of sustainable communities and innovation of theory and practice of scientific socialism.With the development of modern technology and the society, community culture construction is based on the long history of the Chinese nation's traditional culture, science and the omnibus height of artistic, experience and technical photograph union.
