Culture industry has become a pillar industry in some of our large and medium-sized cities. Shandong is an economical strong province in our country, so developing the culture industry has long been the significant strategic plan of Provincial party committee and Provincial government. And Jinan, as the capital of Shandong province, is the province's politics and culture center, at the same time, is the most important regional key city and famous historical city that is located between Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai, Nanjing. Therefore, Jinan has a lot of advantages on developing the culture industry. Though Jinan's culture industry has obtained a great outcome in recent years, compared with other capital cities, Jinan has a big disparity. Jinan not only has a obviously gap between Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou and other developed coast cities, but also has a great gap between other capitals of the not developed provinces, such as Kunming, Chengdu and Xi'an .
