Impacted by the wave of global electronic information, people's ways of living, behaving and thinking have been transformed from traditional to modern, and visual images have been omnipresent. Thus the reading of the mass has entered into an era of visual images. Images, which seem affine, provides satisfaction and desires for human beings and lead to the fact that people focus much more on the channels of spreading literature than on the texts of literature. Under such circumstances the trends of visual images challenging reading, sounds and images covering words have become the mainstream of mass aesthetic culture. The interaction between contemporary literature and the art of movies and TV plays has been an unquestionable fact, which is reflected by the immergence of great quantities of movies and TV plays and the leading role of literature upon movies and TV plays. With the interaction literature and movies and TV plays influence each other and draw lessons from each other, as literature is mixed with and provides rich resources for movies and TV plays, while movies and TV plays dominate literature and expand the spreading channels and living spaces for literature. In the era of visual images the interaction between literature and movies and TV plays are directly reflected by the new ways of understanding the world, new aesthetic orientation and new value orientations, and at the same time new means of cultural acceptance and spreading are created. Starting from the visualized spreading of literature, in this paper the author analyzes the psychology of the acceptance of visual images and the ways of acceptance resulted from the visualized spreading of literature, and makes an explorative research in the interactive spreading of literature and movies and TV plays in the era of visual images.
