| Recent years,Career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE), Achievement Motivation and Psychological Health are important and hot topic of psychology research. The non-governmental institution ,as the higher education's constituent, along with its unceasing development , receives much attention. In recent years, the university students got employed is more and more difficult, especially for the non-governmental institution students.The psychological question which derives from this need us to conduct the deep research. In view of this, this research in the foundation which the predecessor studies, takes the class Dula's self-potency theory as the basis ,want to research essential feature of non-governmental institution university students in the potency feeling of profession -choosing as well as the difference in the sex, the specialty and the grade. The incentives of this analysis is to find the relationship among Achievement Motivation , Psychological Health and Career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE). Thus provides the new view of theory angle and the rationalization proposal for the non-governmental institution university student .Overseas study had certain depth to CDMSE domain's research. This domain has provided a new angle of view for the vocational guidance. But, the inland has a little research on it. According to the student's employment present situation of non-governmental institution, we uses "University student Career Decision-making Self-Potency Feeling Meter" of Peng Yongxin which act according to the CDMSE formulation, Gjesme and the Nygard1970 year establishment's incentives to achievement meter (Achievement Motivation Scale, AMS), The revised editions of Ye Renmin , the SCL-90 symptom from comments the meter (Symptom Checklist 90), conducting a survey of students from Qingdao Binhai University, QingDao Foreign Institute and Qingdao Yellow Sea Training college. There are 300 students received the survey. Reclamation questionnaire 264, the returns-ratio is 88%; And the effective questionnaire is 204, effectiveness is 77.3%.Among them,117are boys,87are girls; students of science are113, Through social sciences statistics software SPSS 12.0 for Windows, utilizes the multi-factor variance analysis, the correlation analysis, the multiple regression analysis, draws the followingconclusion:(1) Generally speaking ,the non-governmental institution graduating student's Career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE), Achievement Motivation and Psychological Health is quite high.(2) The student's CDMSE of non-governmental institution graduates exists sex, specialty, source difference. male student's choosing profession potency feeling is higher than the female students; choosing profession potency feeling of the students in the science subjects is higher than the students of liberal arts; the students from city whose CDMSE to be higher than the countryside .The multi-factor variance analysis indicated that CDMSE of non-governmental institution graduating student's choosing is not remarkable in the specialty, the sex and lives the source , but the correlation between specialty and source, the sex, the specialty and source is not remarkable . Main effect between sex and source is not remarkable.(3) The non-governmental institution graduating student's incentives to achievement do not exist sex, the major and source difference.Male student's incentives to achievement level is higher than the female students. The students of science subjects incentives to achievement level is higher than the students of liberal arts.(4)The non-governmental institution graduating student's psychologically healthy level exist sex, the specialty, the fresh source difference, male student's psychologically healthy level is higher than the female student; the students of science subjects psychologically healthy level is higher than the students of liberal arts; The student from city whose psychologically healthier than the countryside to live the source students.(5) The non-governmental institution graduating student's CDMSE and the incentives to achievement level and pursues the successful motive to have remarkable related, have the remarkable inverse correlation with avoids defeat motive . The non-governmental institution graduating student's CDMSE and the score of psychologically healthy condition's various factor has the remarkable inverse correlation . The psychologically healthy condition is better, the choosing profession potency level is higher, vice versa.(6) The non-governmental institution graduating student's achievement incentives and the psychologically healthy condition may forecast its career decision-making self-efficacy. The multiple regression analysis indicated that pursue success, avoids being defeated and the incentives to achievement total score can forecast CDMSE; The psychologically healthy condition despondent, interpersonal sensitive and neurosis and so on nine factor may obviously forecast the Career decision-making self-efficacy.The biggest innovation of the research lies in the object of study .We study special community. The former research aims at the ordinary university graduates, but neglect the special groups of non-governmental institution university students. This research conducts the research on this special groups. So we can understand student's employment psychology. The second innovation of the research is its praction significance. Along with non-governmental institutions growing strong ,they have received much attention. But the aspect of chooseing profession is so little. The non-governmental institution employment question relates the survival of it, the development of it, even the relational society's stability and advancement. This research conducts the research in view of this hot topic and have very vital practical significance.This findings indicated that the non-governmental institution graduating student's Achievement Motivation and Psychological Health and CDMSE has close relationship. CDMSE, Achievement Motivation and Psychological Health have Mutual influence interaction. They reveal individual choosing carrer behavior. Simultaneously Achievement Motivation and Psychological Health have the remarkable forecast function on student's choosing career potency level. Therefore, students of non-governmental institution graduating graduation university choosing profession time should correctly grasp itself when they choose carrer. They should transfer the enthusiasm and initiative of choosing career. They should collect the effective career information, to be clear about the choosing profession goal, make reasonable formulation occupation plan, enhances Career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE).
