Rural Women In Urban China

Study on the literature on the theme of rural migrants is a new field in the studies on Contemporary Literature. By now, people haven't made Systematic and special researches on it. Besides, images of women in the literature on the theme of rural migrants haven't been studied systematically from the viewpoint of literature in China. The author of this thesis tries carrying on a systematic and deep research from three aspects of the appearance and development of Rural Migrant Literature, the analysis on female farmer workers in urban areas and the narrative attitudes of writers. The second chapter, an agricultural plant in the city, is the key part of this paper. The author analyzes three images of female farmer workers in urban areas including Zhao xiaoyun, Huang hongmei and He xiangting, and puts forward factors influencing their different lives. Furthermore, the author takes Mi li'er's city as an example and discusses the anxiety of female farmer workers in urban areas. Chapter Three is mianly about the narrative attitudes of writers, divided into three parts of intellectuals' awareness of bottom layer, writers' orectic narrative forms and the viewpoint of city.
