The thesis has reviewed the formation and development of the Achievement Goal Orientation Theory at home and abroad, which presents researching situations on help-seeking in learning, the latest findings in hypermedia-learning environment, and the cognition of relations between achievement goal orientation and help-seeking in learning at home and abroad. Through empirical analysis on the students of Normal Universities as research subjects, the thesis probes into the connections among individual achievement goal under hypermedia-learning environment, achievement goal orientation and help-seeking inclination in learning, and such inclinations in two kind learning environments on the basis of the theories of 2×2 achievement goal structure put forward by Elliot, four kind models of help-seeking in learning by Li Xiao Dong, by which the thesis shows the traits of achievement goal orientation's components of university students and influence factors on help-seeking inclinations. Measurement and experimentation are used as two methods of empirical analysis. In measurement way, the research instrument is Questionnaire on College Students' Helping-seeking Inclinations under Hypermedia-Learning Environment made on the basis of the previous research results, and the subjects are 400 undergraduates from the school of Chinese Literature and News, the Department of Math, and Sports in Leshan Teachers College. The research is involved in the following aspects: the group characters of Achievement Goal under hypermedia-learning environment, relations among different achievement goal factors, group characters and relations of help-seeking in learning under the two learning situations mentioned above, and influence on students' help-seeking inclinations on achievement goal orientation under hypermedia-learning environment.The research can reach the following conclusions: Differences of specialties exist in achievement goal orientation under hypermedia-learning environment, and also in help-seeking inclinations of two kind learning environments.The correlation between dimensionalities of achievement goal orientation under hypermedia-learning validates the rationality 2×2 achievement goal structure since.Learning situational factors have remarkable influence on help-seeking inclinations, and hypermedia-learning environment is help to change the negative achievement orientation.Correlation between achievement goal orientation under hypermedia-learning environment and help-seeking inclinations exist, and controlling goal tendency has greater influence on help-seeking.This research can help students understand their own learning motivation during hypermedia study, and learn effectively. Meanwhile the research is useful to explore and study the mechanism of hypermedia-learning, and it has a great value in promoting students study more effectively under hypermedia-learning environment.
