The academic delay of gratification is refers to the student to be willing in the study situation for a more valuable long-term result to give up the immediate satisfied choice orientation, as well as self-control ability which demonstrates in the waiting time. However studies indicated that the academic pressure already became the most main pressure which our country middle-school students face. Therefore, how to let the student, particularly the middle-school student can resist the riotous enticement, insisted that a better study, displays a bigger potential, this is the question which needs to solve. This research's goal lies in studies the middle-school student studies to retard the satisfied characteristic and to deal with the potency with the academic pressure the relations, not only this is advantageous in the rich studies retards the satisfied research content, is also advantageous in provides the support for middle-school student's study.This research first in the literature analysis's foundation proposed that the question and the supposition, and work out the research project from this; Next through the implementation questionnaire survey, studies middle-school student's studies to retard the satisfied development characteristic and the inspection studies detention satisfies with the academic pressure deals with the potency the relations; Finally the establishment academic pressure scene, tests the form further inspects the middle-school student studies detention to satisfy with the academic pressure deals with the potency the relations. This research's main conclusion is as follows:(1) The middle-school student studies detention satisfies the development in the grade difference and remarkable, and presents the tendency which approximately drops along with the grade growth.
