As the society increasingly fierce competition, more and more high to the requirement of talent, with parents expectations of children, the middle school students schoolwork burden of deepening, make the students feel in academic studies pressure is also growing. Too much academic pressure causes students to produce the bad feelings such as depression, anxiety, influence students' mental health development, and this kind of bad effects can reduce the level of middle school students' subjective well-being. And the student who has high psychological capital has a good positive psychological state, will affect students' stress perception, thus reducing the impact on subjective well-being. In order to understand the current situation of middle school students' academic pressure, this study through themiddle school students' academic stressors scale, happiness index scaleand positive psychological capital scale of Yueyang and Linxiang city, the questionnaire survey was conducted among 1000 students of four high school, middle school students' academic pressure is discussed, the relationship between subjective well-being and psychological capital influence academic pressures and the mechanism of action of subjective well-being, and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions according to the results of the data, the results are as follows:1?Middle school students academic stress in the medium level as a whole. Middle school students' academic stress have significant difference in gender and the only child. There is no significant difference in grade and different ground.2? Middle school students' psychological capital performed well in medium level, there were significant differences in gender and the only child, there is no significant difference in grade and different ground.3?Middle school students' subjective well-being performed well in medium level. The significant differences in gender and grade, There is no significant difference in the only child and different ground.4?Middle school students academic stress and subjective well-being and psychological capital exists significant negative correlation, middle school students' psychological capital has significant positive correlation with subjective well-being.5?Middle school students academic stress has significant negative prediction effect to subjective well-being. Middle school students' psychological capital has a significant positive prediction function on subjective well-being.6?Middle school students' psychological capital does not have regulatory role between stress and subjective well-being7 ?Beside the high academic stress, the psychological capital hasplays a complete mediating effect between the middle school students academic stress and subjective wellbeing.The results show that the academic pressures affect middle school students' subjective well-being and psychological capital. To improve the level of middle school students' subjective well-being, can develop middle school students' positive psychological capital, ease the pressure of studies.
