Regarding264key middle school students in a certain city as the main researcher objectand applying the statistical method of correlation analysis, regression analysis and path analysis,the thesis comprehensively inspects their coping strategy, study self-efficacy, study pressurefeature and further explorer the relation of them with the survey tools of middle school studentcoping style scale, study self-efficacy questionnaire and study pressure feeling levelquestionnaire. We can get the following conclusion on the basis of the research:(1)Those surveyed shows a high study pressure, especially pressure on the future against usualpressure. Grade difference is obvious on study pressure, usual pressure and future pressure, whileranking difference on all kinds of pressure. Their study self-efficacy are wholly at upper middlelevel. Various self-efficacy are only obvious on ranking difference, not on other.(2)They use coping strategy frequently in a descending order: problem solving, seeking help,avoiding, abreacting, enduring and fantasy. All students often use the way of problem solving,seeking help, avoiding. Especially, they use coping strategy differently because of ranking.(3)Problem solving and seeking help show a obvious negative relationship with study pressure,while fantasy and enduring show a obvious positive relationship with it. Moreover, there is anobvious negative relationship between study ability efficacy, study self-efficacy and studypressure.(4)Problem solving, enduring, avoiding and abreacting play an obvious predictable role instudy pressure, and problem solving, seeking help and fantasy play an obvious predictable role instudy self-efficacy. In addition, study ability efficacy also plays an obvious predictable role inusual pressure and future pressure.(5)Avoiding, abreacting and enduring have a direct impact on usual pressure, while problemsolving plays an indirect impact on usual pressure through study self-efficacy and acts on studyself-efficacy directly. In some sense, study self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role incoping strategy and study pressure.
