A Study On The Correlation Of Middle School Students' Serious Life Events With Easy Perception

Middle School is people's critical period of psychological and physical development, any major life events at this stage are likely to effecting students' physical and mental development, leading to psychological crisis. The extent of psychological crisis caused by different kinds of major life events of middle school students is affected by their own susceptibility factors. On the other hand, the major life events' experience what middle school students had experienced will also directly affect the susceptibility of the crisis, lead to a cycle impact. If there aren't some timely and effective psychological crisis interventions, these effects may be extended to people's all life.This research aimed to research the interaction of major life events and crises susceptibility factors, to be valid for the psychological crisis intervention after middle school students' major life events, and provide scientific and theoretical basis for building early warning systems of psychological crisis intervention to middle school students.Based on document analysis and interviews, and referencing relative scales, we recompile the Questionnaire of Middle school students' Major life events and the Effect to psychological crisis, We also measure middle school students in different schools using Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, Coping Styles Scale of middle school students and Perceived Social Support Scale, in order to explore the interaction of major life events and the factors of crisis susceptibility. The results obtained are as follows:1. The Questionnaire of Middle school students' Major life events and the Effect to psychological crisis which we recompile has good reliability and validity.2. The psychological crisis level caused by major life events has significant differences in grade school category, environmental characteristics, and there is no significant gender difference.3. Compare personality characteristics, the nervousness has the greatest impact to the psychological crisis level caused by major life events.4. The psychological crisis level caused by major life events has significant negative correlation with the score of Coping Styles Scale of middle school. Reasonable venting, retreat, illusion have great impact to the psychological crisis level caused by major life events.5. Family support may affect the students' level of psychological crisis after major life events. In all social supports, family support has greatest impact on the psychological crisis level caused by not adapting to the new environment, around violence, parents' bad relations.6. The number of middle school students' major life events has great impact on neuroticism and inside-outside in personality characteristics; has impact on coping style, especially on the coping style of reasonable venting, retreat and patient; has no significant influence to social supports; but the number of parents' bad relations has significant influence to family support.7. Characteristics of personal experience, personality characteristics, environmental characteristics have direct effect to the psychological crisis level caused by major life events, family support, coping styles and biometric have indirect effects to the psychological crisis level caused by major life events.8. The major factors which affect the crisis susceptibility on students major life events are as follows: personal experience features (number of major life events undergoing), personality characteristics (nervousness),environmental characteristics (home, school category), personal biometric (grade), coping style(venting, imagination, patience, retreat), family support.
