Senior high school stage are the individual physical and psychological development, as well as an important stage to adapt to society. All aspects of high school students are not mature at this period. They have very strong reactions and poor treatment to a lot of cases, which will add to their psychological burden. Thus this gives rise to a series of psychological and behavioral problems. High school students from the mental health studies show that depression is one of the important factors that affects mental health of high school students. Therefore, surveying the depression in a high school student and studying the impact of factors of depression to raise awareness on youth depression problem. It can provide theoretical explanation and some method of guidance for the effective prevention and intervention of depression teenager and have practical significances.In this study, the anther selected two ordinary high schools, and two focus high school students at Zhuzhou. Each school selects a class from each grade, there are 600 people, excluding 20 invalid questionnaires, with research of relationship of life events test, social support test, coping style test and depression test in high school students, the results show that: 1. Depression in high school students are more widespread psychological problems, there is a higher detection rate and we should be of concern.2. The depression status has a significant difference at different grades and different schools in high school students.3. The major negative life events impact of high school students are academics, interpersonal relationships, adapting and so on.4. Life events has a significant positive correlation with depression, and social support and coping style have a negative correlation with depression.5. Social support at between life events and depression has significant regulatory role. High social support regardless of life events in the low group and high life event group can drop the level of depression, in the high life event groups can be more significant reduct the level of depression.6. Coping styles at between life events and depression has significant regulatory role. Actively response to life events, whether at the low group or high life events group can reduce the level of depression, and in the case of life events group can be more significant reduct the levels of depression.
