Second, after the opening of five ports, under foreign capitalism stimulating, the new style enterprises appeared in Nanchang. But it compared with other area such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, had limitation in starting late, found limitation, technical backwardness etc. As a result, it developed extremely slowly. The reason of slow development was also various. Third, development of city and traffic interact was influenced with each other. The amphibious transportation had the pivotal function to the Nanchang market system formation in Qing dynasty. Fourth, the pens of Jiujiang and the development in the new style traffic, strengthened Nanchang's lever function in Jiangxi Province domestic and foreign trade. Nanchang's drive function to the import and export of Jiangxi's goods were protruding obvious. At the same time, the town and city pattern which take Nanchang as the independent core was broken.
