As the mature feudal society, the distinct symbol of bureaucracy organization in Tang Dynasty is exceeding flourish. In Tang Dynasty, there are particular supervisory system which were more narrow and accurate than before. At the same time, it formed a multiply system and take on the trend of generalization. In a general way, the supervisory system were divided two parts: the first is censorial official system and impeachment is its duty; the secone is criticism system and criticism is its duty. The supervisory system of Tang Dynasty is made up of these two parts, too. One aspect, Tang Dynasty had its own self-contained centre supervisory organization that was subordinated three branches. These three branches was gradual integration from Qin Dynasty to Sui Dynasty that had clear division of labor and each one did its duty in Tang Dynasty; Moreover, the regional supervisory system was more integrated than any other dynasty in our history. It altered and innovated the former regional supervisory system. Besides, it was more self-contained on the establishment of supervisory system, and the grade, status, equipment of censorial official and so on. The other aspect, at the feudal society, although the emperor's power was absolute authority to any others, the emperor couldn't manage the whole country solely and couldn't make all dicision by himself. So, on the one hand, he must need a enormous bureaucracy organization to help him execute the administrative and judiciary power of the whole country, on the other hand, he also needed a great deal of experienced ministers or idea men to help him make the accurate decisions and appropriate policies about the complicated government affair. Therefore, critical official was arisen by the times demand's need.This paper will analyze the Tang Dynasty supervisory system focused on four parts that included from structural establishment, function, to official .etc, and at this basic analytical standpoint, I also analyze the configuration, effect of Tang Dynasty supervisory system, in order to find the suited experiences to the actual Tang Dynasty construction in our country now. The part one, I introduce the origin and development of supervisory system before Tang Dynasty smilply, so as to the reader could understand the source and basis of supervisory system in Tang Dynasty, also could enlighten the reader's thinking. The part two, I will definite the center supervisory system of Tang Dynasty, and will introduce the evolution of supervisory organs, especially development and responsibility of its three branches, also will evaluate the censorial official system simply; final I could find out the radical character of the center supervisory system in Tang Dynasty and give my own opinions. The three part, the main investigative object is the regional supervisory system of Tang Dynasty. Under the social background of Tang Dynasty, I will be according to its development track and summarize the far-reaching influence, also analyze the mutative reasons and pattern about the development and transformation of the regional supervisory system in Tang Dynasty. The last part, I will emphatic research the impeachment system and criticism system and of Tang Dynasty. From introduce the impeachment process simply and enumerate the impeachment examples in Tang Dynasty, I will analyze the impeachment system of Tang Dynasty, so as to make my own opinion about it. As the characteristic polity system, the criticism system is a very important part in traditional supervisory system. This part, I will review the criticism system before Tang Dynasty, at the same time, I will analyze the construction and operating of the criticism system in Tang Dynasty, so that I can give my opinions to the criticism system.
