A Comparative Study Of The Central Supervision System In The Tang And Song Dynasties

The nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should deepen the reform of the national supervisory system,which not only promoted the strict administration of the party,but also pushed forward the overall rule of law.In fact,our country has always attached importance to the role of supervision system in the operation of national administration since the feudal society.The supervisory system is also an important part of ancient Chinese law,and it has far-reaching influence.In the Tang Dynasty inherited the former supervisory system,the formation of the censor,official,official sealing and refuting three big supervision system,marking China's central supervision system of feudal society has a leap forward development.The central supervisory system of Song Dynasty,which came from the Sui and Tang Dynasties and the yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties,is the transformation and integration period of the central supervisory system in the feudal society of China.Great changes have taken place in the supervision system.This paper focuses on the evolution and changes of the central supervisory system in the Tang and Song dynasties.By reading a large number of historical materials and documents,this paper uses comparative analysis to explore the changes of the central supervision system in the Tang and Song dynasties in the evolution of the times and analyze the reasons.In the Tang Dynasty,the third courtyard of the imperial court was set up,and the third courtyard of the imperial court in the Song Dynasty appeared in the trend of merging,and the functions were more extensive;the admonishing officers of the Tang Dynasty were subordinate to the province of Zhongshu and under the province of men,while the admonishing officials in the Song Dynasty began to disengage and their functions increased.In the Song Dynasty,the Song Dynasty was mainly in charge of the refutation,and the status of the Song Dynasty was improved,and gradually began to break away from the province of the Tang Dynasty.The main reason for these changes lies in the different historical backgrounds of Tang and Song Dynasties,the inherent requirement of strengthening autocratic imperial power and the influence of Confucian ideology.In accordance with the development of the central supervision system in ancient China,the two dynasties in the Tang and Song dynasties were in the rapid development and integration stage of the central supervisory system,so the change of the supervisory system had a profound influence on the post Dynasty.With the advance of the times and the change of society,China is now in a critical period of reform of the supervisory system.We can draw lessons from the past,and we can draw the cream from the supervision system of Tang and Song Dynasties and serve today's society.Therefore,the author puts forward some suggestions on perfecting our supervision system,ensuring the independence of the supervision department and establishing and perfecting the inspection system of the supervision officials,hoping to be beneficial to the reform of our country's supervision system.
