In recent years, domestic TV series adapted from comic is rising quietly in China. As one of Chinese mainland popular teleplay styles, it is received with enthusiasm and revealing its fashion quality, because of its novel model, smooth narration or humorous style. In the past few years, domestic TV series adapted from comic has not only grown into a new brand of TV dramas, but also formulated its own unique aesthetic character.However, the current study to domestic TV series adapted from comic is still in a relatively weak position, is scant of systematic research and discussion. Therefore, I will analyze the comic is attached to TV series and discourse upon narrative model of the domestic TV series adapted from comic from the adaptation angle in this thesis.First of all, this thesis starts from the historical origins and generality of the TV series adapted from comic. Then, discusses the reasons, the principles, the methods, the techniques of mixing TV series and comic. Meanwhile, researches the narration system and commercialization of narrative strategy are owed by Domestic TV series adapted from comic. Besides, this thesis also tries to find the existing problems and its current situation by dialectical thinking in order to bring some enlightenment slightly to the creation of domestic TV series adapted from comic too.
