If the appearance of the body is the main factor which affect obese students .The results are as follows:(1)There is no significant difference between Obese and normal students in the self-consciousness score.(2) The differences in all subscales of obese students and normal students are as follows: obese students scored lower than normal students in behavior scale. Intelligence subscale of Obesity students and normal students is not different significantly. Obese students in the body and normal appearance significantly marked. There is no significant difference in the anxiety level between Obesity students and normal students. The difference of teamwork score between obese students and normal students was not significant. So are well-being and satisfaction.(3)Differences of scores between obese students and normal students in self-concept is that the number of obese students in the first interval is more than that of normal students, the self-concept of obesity students is less than normal students. The obese students are prone to higher self-concept level .(4) The self-esteem scale of obese students and normal students is different. Obesity students'self-esteem level is lower than that of normal students.(5)There is a notable correlation between self–concept and self-esteem. The relation of subscale to the self-esteem is that intelligence scale of obesity does not meet the significant level. The physical appearance and self-esteem of obese students have a marked relation. There is no significantly negative correlation Anxiety , teamwork and self-esteem of obese students. .The self-esteem is significantly correlated with well-being and satisfaction .Compared to other studies, this research focused on the secondary school stage, but the major concern of previous studies is on elementary school students. This is a feature of this study. Another feature is the correlation analysis on self-consciousness and self-esteem scale. The correlation analysis between subscale scores with Self-esteem scale. This study found the fact that the self-esteem of obese students is significantly related to physical appearance, anxiety, and well-being. Intelligence, physical appearance, anxiety, well-being., intelligence of normal students infect their self-esteem ,this is not demonstrated in obese students. This study and previous research results are different. For example, in the self-concept scores, There is a confirmed difference between the previous studies, this study found no difference. Girls score higher than boys on self-concept. Self-concept of girls scored lower than boys. This may be due to differences in the age differances of research. Considering it may influenced by other factors, it is worth further study.
