Body self-esteem,which is closely related to the social evaluation,is "an individual’s satisfaction or dissatisfaction with different aspects of the body." It is an individual’s self-perception of emotion in self-evaluation.It is an important component of overall self-esteem.Self-esteem includes academic self-esteem,Social self-esteem,emotional self-esteem,physical self-esteem.Cha Cha Cha Dance is one of the ten dance dancers,and Cha Cha Cha for its cheerful rhythm,playful body movements and other dance in the style difference,and by the people’s favorite.Just as a new aerobic exercise can improve college students’ physical and psychological qualities in varying degrees,and can improve the aesthetic ability under the influence of art.This study analyzes the relationship between physical exercise and mental health of college students from the perspective of physical self-esteem and overall self-esteem,and explores whether it can improve the physical self-esteem and overall self-esteem level of ordinary college students through the just-just training and then promote the mental health of college students.In this study,the physical self-esteem scale and the Rosenberg overall self-esteem scale of Xu Xia college students were used to measure the physical self-esteem and overall self-esteem of 130 college students.Among them,65 were experimental group,65 people,control it without any systematic exercise.The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of just changqia training on college students’ physical self-esteem and overall self-esteem.The results show that:(1)Before the experiment,the body self-esteem of the experimental group and the control group were both at medium level,with no significant difference and homogeneity.(2)After the experiment,the self-esteem of the experimental group and the growth of all dimensions were greater than that of the control group,and had significant differences.(3)After 12 weeks of study,there were significant differences in body self-esteem between the experimental group and the control group in five dimensions,with significant differences in physical self-worth and physical condition;significant self-worth,physical status and physical attractiveness Interaction effect.(4)After the experiment,the overall self-esteem of the experimental group showed an upward trend while that of the control group showed a slight downward trend.(5)The experimental group and the control group had very significant differences in total body self-esteem scores and overall self-esteem scores,and had a significant interaction effect.(6)Physical self-esteem and dimensions are significantly related to overall self-esteem,and physical self-esteem has a significant positive impact on overall self-esteem.
