In the modern history of China, there are several social development's focus including a rapid development of the social transformation, thinking convergence of the East and West, a crash of old and new concepts, the fight between democracy and autocracy. It is under these interwoven contradictions China's industrialization and urbanization process accelerated, and a large number of new groups emerge which is a major features of social development. Staff group of corporate has also become new elite of urban and rural social life, and the group played an important role during the certain time. They were an integral part of China's modern society leading the progress of the society and become one of the major powers of modern economic development momentum. The staff led a new life in urban society, and also was a fashion leader of entertainment. As an integral part of modern civil society, the staff is the representative of the middle class, playing the communication and connection function with the social class and the broad masses. This paper is trying to put the staff groups into the Modern China society and overall the social structure, aiming at the investigation of their unique qualities and portrayed their group. Also hoping the paper can reveal the relationship among the political, economic and social life.In the first part, from the process of development and formation of enterprises, the author wanted to discuss the initial size of groups formed.In the mid-19th century, along with the process of modernization of China and the China's market was opened to the whole world. And under the pressure of the Western economy, there are many corporations in China as a large-scale invasion. Matheson, the number of modern industrial and commercial enterprises increased significantly. In the 1960s, under the guidance of Westernization Movement, a corporate became the general form of business organization. At the end of the 19th century, Qing government reform movement in the formal system to give the company a system of recognition. Thus, the company embarked on the development of the informal enterprises.
