A Study On The Safeguards System Of Mental Health School Social Work In Universities And High Schools

With the rapid development of our society and the increasingly fierce competition, people are paying more and more attention to the qualities especially people's psychological qualities . And mental health education is an important way to improve the quality of individual psychology. It has become the most urgent task in mental health education that how to protect the effectiveness of mental health education when students' psychological problems gradually highlight in the school education .Mental health school social work promotes the healthy development of students' psychology by settling various internal and external factors which influence their mental health , so its appearance and development meet the need of development in schools' mental health education .To maitain the normal functioning of Mental health school social work, we must establish a scientific security system of psychological health of students in the school social work.In this study, we have primely conducted The basic framework of the mental health of students of the school social security work in theory ,based on experience and research results of mental health school social work in foreign and Hong Kong and Taiwan,as well as the practical needs among students in china's universities and secondary school mental health social work. Besides , according to this study ,we have prepared questionnaire to study the current situation about domestic universities and secondary schools mental health school social work and the major problems now existing .In addition,we come up with corresponding measures after an objective analysis of the matter.We draw the following main conclusions after we look into this study comprehensively:1. University and secondary school students psychological health school social work security system includes three basic dimensions, that is, regulations of mental health school social work, service system and safegard mechanism . As for the main system, it includes the organization of management systems, work systems and incentive systems; As to service system ,it includes the main objectives, strategies and resource allocation; And protection mechanism includes policies and regulations, supervision and assessment and the training of personnel.2. University and secondary school students mental health school social work security system in the regulations, service system, safeguard mechanisms, and other areas has begun to attract attention from the overall perspective, which in general shows vigorous development trend.3.Each factor of Chinese University and secondary school students mental health school social work security system is on average at the lower level in the middle of score, and their development is uneven. The score of factors of "the system" and "safeguard mechanisms" is significantly higher than "the service system". As to the time of carrying out, mental health school social work security system appears better and better with the time going on . As to the source of provinces, central regions of China are superior to that in north, east and south China, and other six districts; Among these regions development of the northeast region is the worst .What's more,the development of north, east, southwest and southern China which is superior to the Northeast and northwest of china differs remarkably from the northeast, northwest of china ; on the location of schools, schools in large cities are better than those in small and medium-sized cities, and schools in small and medium-sized cities are better than those in small towns while schools in small towns are superior to those in rural areas .About schools Category,important colleges and universities are better than secondary schools, while secondary schools are superior to ordinary schools. Likewise, medical and agricultural majors are better than Normal and Miscellaneous majors. But Normal majors and science and engineering majors are better than comprehensive category.4. There are many problems to a degree in the system, service system and security system of mental health of China's universities and secondary school social work security system , which mainly concentrates on the absence of special funds and other material security. Furthermore, problems such as the quality of workers is not high and regulation is not in place and the problem that the leaders don't put too much emphasis on also exist. The reasons of these problems mainly include: lack of adequate understanding of the importance of mental health school social work;the location of it is not accurate;management is not regulated and monitoring and evaluation mechanism is not sound;In addition,mental health school social work mechanism is not yet complete; Conservation of professional workers is not high ;families, schools and all sectors of society don't communivate well and mental health school social work mechanism lacks relevant bodies to support.5.To set up and perfect the university and secondary school students mental health school social work security system, we should take basic measures as follows: to change concepts, to increase awareness of mental health workers ;and to locate accurately the position of school social work and workers ; to implemente organizations, we should improve the management mechanism and Work mechanism; we also ought to construct mental health school social work network and improve the quality of professional staff; we try to integrate the family - schools with all social resources to form an education efforts and to enhance mental health school social work supervision and assessment so that we can construct scientific and effective objectives and content System.
