At the same time, the Japanese imperialists planned and purposefully immigrated Korean to Northeast China, encouraged the Korean who have much experience of paddy field to Northeast China, made use of the fertile land in Northeast to produce grain, Carried out the policy of"the Japanese immigrate Korea, Korean immigrate Manchukuo".
