Literature Digital Survival Critique

In 1995, professor in American M.I.T. and director of medium laboratory Nicholas Negroponte promoted the recent work "Digitized Survival", Digitalization was then enhanced to a unprecedented proportion.more than ten years have passed, the digitized media is about to become mainstream media. The Digital technology has not only formed a formidable thrust force to the literature evolution, but also has formed a big resistance to the literature tradition's historical extension. The digital medium's influence to the Chinese literature has gone far beyond the impact of media and technology levels, and relates to their survival and direction.The digital medium is affecting literature activity in each link: The people simultaneously live in the real world and the information world; In literature activity, writer, work and the readers is occurring different changes, even face crisis. After the image time approaches, the traditional pure literature can only survive in the digitized multimedia's crevices. Just like literature mainstream's informationization reforming, China literary criticism's mainstream correspondingly has realized media reforming. However, a genuine independent critic's sound has the counter-medium moral character and the significance naturally. The digital medium technology should inserts the science wing for the literature, but it soars to the destination where should be the artistic esthetic palace , not the technical workshop. The literature is facing the threat, but the literature will not die.
