The Current Situation About The Interpersonal Relationship Of The Undergraduates Of Vocational College And Its Relation With Self Consistency

Objective:The research sets the vocational students as targets, starts with the survey of interpersonal relationship of them,analyzes the current situation of their interpersonal relationship and the remarkable difference between different groups divided by subject type,sex,grade and birthplace,as well as the model and non-model school.Besides,we set the same kind of survey to the topic of self consistency of the students. At the final of survey ,we will analyze the close relationship between interpersonal relationship and self consistency.Methods: 1.Literature method.The paper makes a review of interpersonal relationship and self consistency by documents, on which the researcher proposes some hypo thesis. 2.Question- nair reseacher method.The research uses questionnair to survey and analyze the status of interpersonal relationship and self consistency as well as the connection between them.3.Case-study approach.The research uses Group case-study mothed to analyze the record of interpersonal relationship counseling from three vocational colleges in the second term of 2007,and it connects with the questionnair to have better understanding of the topic we study.Results and Conclusions: 1.Students at the vocational scho- ols have the good interpersonal relationship and self consist- ency status,the type of school distinguished by model or non- model has quite a little influence on the interpersonal re- lationship and self-consistency of vocational students. 2.The interpersonal relationship and self consistency of vocational students affected by the factors as sex, birthplce, grade and major type would have remarkable difference.3.The interperson- al relationship is remarkablely relative with the self consist- ency of vocational students,the factors of self consistency can predict the status of interpersonal relation- ship on some extent.4.The number of students who wants to have counseling referring to the topic of interpersonal relationship is too small,and the content of such counseling much refers to the realm of self-consistency,moreover,the contend of coun- seling referring to interpersonal have very close relationship with self consistency.
