The Correlation Between Self-Consistency And Congruence Interpersonal Trust, Coping Styles Of Postgraduate Student

Social harmony is an essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Building a harmonious society is fundamental benefits and common desires of the masses. College students are the major constructor and successor of Building Socialism with Chinese Characteristics ,and the main force of the construction of socialist harmonious society. We should first achieve Self-Consistency and Congruence,if we want to construct socialist harmonious society,Only then can we have the motive force to propelling human society forward , and a smooth process of Building a harmonious society. The postgraduate student as a special group of College students, their mental health and future are affected by the social interactions and Self-Consistency and Congruence.This thesis is based on the research of the concepts of interpersonal trust, coping styles and Self-Consistency and Congruence of college student,and the Correlation Between them and the college students. On this basis, Methods with MR JIAN YILIG'S Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and Rotter J.B ITS were conducted among 440 postgraduate student. This research is done to analyze The Correlation Between interpersonal trust, coping styles and Self-Consistency and Congruence of postgraduate student.1. The range of Self-Consistency and Congruence of the sample tends to fellow a normal distribution,the score difference between several demographic variables are not significant. There were significant gender and major differences in self agility. There was significant difference in self stiffness from grade to grade.2. The level of interpersonal trust of postgraduate students obeys the normal distribution, and its difference is not significant in demographic variables.3. When they are interacting by using active coping styles and passive coping style, these two styles are all follow the normal distribution. There was significant difference in active coping styles between only-child and non-only-child, majored in art and majored in science. The coping styles differences are not significant in other demographic variables.4. The Self-Consistency and Congruence levels is significantly positively related to interpersonal trust,and inversely related to the active coping styles in human relationships,and significantly positively related to passive coping style.5. The Correlation Between interpersonal trust, coping styles and Self-Consistency and Congruence are different between different kinds of postgraduate student.
