Zhouyi is the most ancient cultural book of China. The study of it—Yi-ology, has been at the core of China's academic status all the time in the history. Owing to the changing of concepts and methods of research , the traditional Yi-ology had obtained the enormous ideological liberation, and obtained the unprecedented development, the research results had emerged one after another incessantly. Li Jingchi was a young scholar then,. He accepted his teacher Gu Jiegang' s thought of "suspecting the ancient and seeking for the truth" t, asked the real thought that could not the park prejudice, the bold innovation which made him not confined by the existing concepts and brought new ideas boldly. His research conclusions were novel and unique which had made the historical contribution to the development of Yi-ology. His research, had represented the exploration with hardship of the scholars of that time. Studying his thoughts of Yi-ology, not only has the reference value of academic viewpoint , also has methodology value to Yi-ology.This paper is divided into four chapters to elaborate Li Jingchi' s thoughts of Yi-ology.Chapter One introduces Li Jingchi' s background of thoughts about Yi Xue, including biography and source of his thoughts. It is necessary for us not only to understand of Li Jingchi' s thoughts of Yi-ology, but also from the basic assurance and understood that Li Jingchi easy to study the thought the need, was also to grasp the development trend of that time . Li Jingchi' s scholar research of Zhou Yi started in the the 1920s-1930s when the thought obtained enormous liberation, not only he was good at absorbing the research results of history , also he paid close attention to the research conclusions of the scholars of contempory. The renewal of concepts and being good at absorbing the achievements of others' , contributued greatiy to his abundant research results .Chapter Two elaborates Li Jingchi' s concepts about the headstream of Yi-ology which Mainly including three:Yaoti came into being afterwards ;Shizhan is prior to Guahua; Zhou Yi was compiled.Chapter Three elaborates Li Jingchi' s methods of annotation about the words of divinatory trigram and lines on the trigraras. also elaborates his unique annotation This article believed that there are three methods in Li Jingchi annotation : First, historical method; Second, viewing Yi Jing and Yi Zhuan respectively; third, not involving in Xiang Shu.Chapter Four is about the influence and the appraisal of Li Jingchi' s thought on Zhou Yi. The influence mainly displays in three aspects:First, the groundbreaking significance of his research manner; Second, the enlightenment significance of his methodology;third,the referential significance of his academic viewpoint.In conclusion, there is no doubt that Li Jingchi' s thoughts on Yi-ology has its flaw and the insufficiency, but his research manner of doubt and innovation has the groundbreaking significance to the new development of Yi-ology. Tt is the more precious wealth that we should inherit compared to his concrete academic viewpoint The methods of viewing Yi Jing and Yi Zhuan respectively and not involving in Xiang Shuthat he insistedo on were attributed to his accurate understanding of the history of Yi-ology, which we should insist on to. But simultaneously we should pay attention that annotation according to Yi Zhuan and annotation with the help of Xiangshu also have their own unique value so that we should not abandon them completely .
