Both Chinese and Japanese literature had fiercely discussed on the theme of"Popularization of Literature"coincidently in the discussion, the both referred to the following important issues of the theories of literature, such as politics and literature,content and form, popularization and enhancement, inheritance and development .Each of them had made great progress by combing the theories and practices of the popularization of literature, these theories embraced some requests in contents and forms in order to actualize the purpose of popularization, they also demanded the life and emotion of the authors be popularized ,the popularization of literature suggested the authors learn more from the public ,their works should be shared by the public ,and accordingly it meant that the public could create literature. The popularization of literature became the means to awake the public to fulfill the historical demands owe to the discussion .China and Japan experienced the upsurge of the Popularization of Literature, with the medium of revolutionary literature, the two countries diffused Marxism, in large scale enhanced the party sense of the literature. This was a great progress to their literature, and made s great response to their modern literature.As the main notion of literary thoughts, in 1920s the popularization of literature is necessary to be studied, the theories and its historical significance. Recently while the academe stressed on the Left-wing Literature ,and made great progress in excavating the influence of"Japanese experience", there are few works which study on the influence of the popularization of literature in Japan .This disquisition attempts to comb the influence of the Union of Left-wing and Nippona Artista Proleta Federatio, on the base of the past achievement and attempts to study and retrospect the historical significance of the Popularization of Literature in 1930s.
