In the process of learning Mandarin as a second language, learner's language, influenced by the dialect, can be characterized as a coherent system governed by some set of internalized rules. Such nonnative rule systems can be described as "interlanguage". The speech of learner from dialectal areas also will appear some characters of interlanguage, which is different from the speech of dialect or Mandarin. Since the speech of interlanguage is a changing system, whose phonetic characters are very complicated, it is necessary for us to study on it systematically. The main job of this paper has been done in two processes.
