Rising from a soldier, Zhu Yuan-zhang finally become the emperor of Ming dynasty, this relates to the formation and transition of personnel and Institution in the bloc of Zhu Yuan-zhang, before the building up of Ming Dynasty. As Zhu Yuan-zhang, his generals rise as outlaws, split into three main fictions and regard the soldiers as private force, which reflect the main three dilemmas among the military force of Zhu Yuan-zhang in early period. Zhu Yuan-zhang, thus, commands his force in the name of regime of Long-Feng. The relationship between Zhu Yuan-zhang and most of his high-ranking generals considered to be less domination than subordination. The command of military power belongs to Xing-Zhong-Shu-Sheng, which manipulated by Zhu Yuan-zhang himself, as the impuissance Xing-Shu-Mi-Yuan is created to isolate the dissidents. Zhu Yuan-zhang confines and impairs his dissidents via transforming the political system, when the situation tends to be favorable to him gradually, and establishes the overall regime with the formal relationship of domination to his official, and announces himself king of Wu. He also reforms the army, while the institution of Jun-Wei is compelled, and resolves the problem of private force. After that, the status of Zhu Yuan-zhang rises progressively and finally sets up the Ming dynasty and makes him the emperor.
