| In the modern society, it has become the social consensus to develop cultural resources vigorously to promote economic and social development. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the development and utilization of cultural resources in Guizhou Province. Characteristic culture brands such as Tunpu culture is being developed and introduced. Tunpu culture is special cultural resources in Guizhou. It originated from the policy of "Cultivation and guarding in the border areas". In early Ming Dynasty, after the emperor, Zhu Yuanzhang's troops defeated the remnants of the Yuan Dynasty in Yunnan region, he established the policy in order to strengthen his rule of the southwest region. Large quantities of soldiers and their family members migrated from Jiangnan to Anshun, Guizhou and established "Tunpu". At their long-term settlement, they acted both as soldiers and farmers. In their daily life, they dedicated to abide by the cultural and social custom through generations and formed "Tunpu culture"—a unique geographical culture. Tunpu people's residential constructions which are mainly made of stones create a unique architectural style. They not only keep the style of residential constructions in Jiangnan, but also bear the function of military protection. Tunpu women's clothes still follow the feature of Han nationality in Jiangnan in Ming Dynasty at present. After several hundred years, the language of Tunpu people remains unassimilated by other languages around. Di Opera in Tunpu is original and straightforward. It is described as "living fossil drama". Tunpu's lantern opera still keeps the tune of Jiangnan Xiaoqu. Tunpu people's religious beliefs and Han people's polytheist belief have the same tradition. Food of Tunpu is easy for long-term storage. It facilitated long-term provisions for the army. With its own unique charm, Tunpu culture embodies its "historical and cultural value", "aesthetic value", "emotion al value", "economic value", and its irreplaceable spirit value. Tunpu culture in Pingba, Anshun is one of the most representative one in Guizhou Province. This thesis will take Pingba as an example to study the development and utilization of Pingba Tunpu cultural resources in Guizhou. On the basis of research results of experts and scholars, the thesis sums up cultural connotation of Tunpu and its characteristics, analyzes its development and utilization value, research its development and utilization status quo, probe into the primary problems in its development and utilization. The thesis also puts forwards four strategies to solve the problems which include strengthening the protection of Tunpu cultural resources, establishing effective operation mechanisms of developing and utilizing Tunpu cultural resources to excavate its cultural connotation in-depth and intensify the efforts to develop cultural tourism in Tunpu, and stimulating enthusiasm of local people to love and build Pingba with the help of Tunpu culture's spiritual connotation. |
