The Study On The Relationship Between Public Art Education And The Train Of College Students' Creative Talents

To develop students' creative thought ability is one of the most important tasks of education. As universities, cultivating high quality talent students with creative ability should be a goal of high education. One of the high education's aims is to develop high quality talent and to make them have some skills. To develop university students' creative ability has been a hot topic in high education recently. The unique function which only belongs to public art education has had a significant affect on developing and improving students' cultural cultivation, appreciative ability, creative ability and aesthetic appreciation etc. A large amount of research of psychology and education as well as many excellent education accomplishments have reproved many times that public art education has an unique and an irreplaceable function on developing students' creative ability.Through collecting relevant literature references combing with the author's practical experience in public art education, it has been found the young generation, who bear the responsibility of succeeding the glorious cultural of our country, gain little knowledge or even pay no attention to our country's literature art although our country has a long history in the cultural development. It would not only hinder our country's splendid literature heritages from succeeding and developing, but will also give a bad influence on improving university students' comprehensive quality because of the lack of literature art cultivation, which affect developing creative ability directly and bring an adverse atmosphere on building our country into a creative one. It needs high schools to improve all kinds of public art education to get rid of those negative influences.After making a clear distinguish of the related concepts occurred in the article by adapting literature research method, on-the-pot investigation method as well as comparative analytical method, we elaborated the two related theories of both the public art education and the development of college students' creative ability, then we analyzed how the public art education accelerate the developing of the university students' creativity according to the feature and different perspectives of public art education. On the basis of analyzing domestic's students' creative ability as well as the present condition and cause of public art education, we put forward that we should arise the proper recognition, relevant school's teaching management institution, reforming teaching system, developing creative teachers, making courses scientific and build proper campus atmosphere.
