| Under the new normal economic situation,China has entered a new era of industrial chain competition.Therefore,it is imperative to reform the supply-side structure.In this context,China’s cultural and creative industries need to maintain sustainable development,cultivate new growth points,improve quality and efficiency,and provide high-quality products for the people to meet the growing high-quality cultural needs of consumers.With the rapid develo-pment of the Internet,cultural and creative enterprises can give full play to the optimization and integration role of the Internet in production factors,and enhance their innovation and influence.In this context,some cultural and creative enterprises have chosen strategic trans-formation in order to achieve greater benefits and achieve corporate value.On the basis of relevant research,this paper chooses Alpha Entertainment as a case to study the process and performance of strategic transformation of cultural and creative enterprises,hoping to sort out the strategies adopted by cultural and creative enterprises in the period of strategic transformation,and to analyze and evaluate the short-term and long-term perfor-mance of enterprises,with a view to demonstrating and enlightening the strategic transfor-mation of cultural and creative enterprises.This paper focuses on the third strategic transfor-mation of Alpha Entertainment in 2013.Firstly,it briefly introduces Alpha Entertainment,uses the Five Forces Model and SWOT to analyze the reasons and background of the third strategic transformation.Alpha Entertainment puts forward the IP-centered pan-entertain-ment strategy.And then it introduces the strategy adopted by Alpha Entertainment,that is,expanding the business territory through a large number of investment and mergers and acquisitions,and integrating Under the industrial chain.Finally,it uses the four dimensions of Balanced Score Card to evaluate the performance in the process of transformation.The financial dimension is to compare the situation before and after the transformation of Alpha Entertainment,and at the same time to compare with other cultural and creative enterprises in the strategic transformation.The conclusion is that Alpha Entertainment has basically achieved the goal of strategic transformation,obtained a lot of high-quality IP,and formed animation.Toys,babies,games,media,movies and other diversified industrial patterns,but the recent financial performance has declined,and the long-term performance needs to be strengthened and observed.The enlightenment of this paper to the strategic transformation of cultural and creative enterprises is to slow down the intensity of investment and merger,strengthen the development of high-quality IP,integrate the upper and lower industrial chains,in order to bring benefits to enterprises and continue to provide consumers with more high-quality cultural and creative products. |
