Cooperative learning can be traced back to the 70s in the 20th century, be introduced to our country in 80s,be widely researched in 90s.Since 2000,with the Promulgation and implementation of the national basic educational reformation outline, Cooperative learning has been widely applied in the primary schools and high schools. Up to present research ,it involved with such as the content,the theoretical model,features,the theoretical foundation,basic category,appraisal method,model,strategy,effectiveness,the role of educator of the Cooperative learning. In connection with the large number of the class , many researches are focus on the effect of the Cooperative learning. In order to enhance the effect of the Cooperative learning , the key is the exertion of the effect for teachers adjusting and controlling in Cooperative learning. The researches on the effect of the teachers scattered on many kinds of papers and works about Cooperative learning. However There are not more mature and systemic researches on which strategies of adjusting and controlling teachers used can guarantee the effect of Cooperative learning. Whereas, the writer use the action research on the controlling and adjusting strategies of classroom Cooperative learning for research problem.The problem research follow the simple formula of action research : plan- implementation-recollection. On the initial stages, make thorough plan read literature search and make clear the concept involved. During the course of research , use the Cooperative learning in class ,through the observation and recollection of the action researches ,form the rudiment of the controlling and adjusting strategies of classroom Cooperative learning.On the late stage, through the analyses and collection of the literature search combination with practice of the classroom, open out five kinds of systemic controlling and adjusting strategies of classroom Cooperative learning;Classroom grouping controlling and adjusting strategies(including the grouping strategy of cooperative learning groups,the controlling and adjusting strategy of classroom discussion ); Classroom order controlling and adjusting strategy(including the strategy of selection of group leader,written discussion strategy,the controlling and adjusting strategy of teaching language,the controlling and adjusting strategy of teaching non-language)Teachers selves controlling and adjusting strategy(including high expectation strategy,teaching tact strategy,self recollection strategy);Students selves controlling and adjusting strategy(including result appraisal controlling and adjusting strategy and mutually and self appraisal controlling and adjusting strategy,group cooperated strategy,student recollection strategy)...
