Macroscopic effect theory derived from mass communication theory and audience theory derived from British Cultural Studies School mainly including Hall's "three models" is used to analysis in this part , which is proved by several examples; Finally, the author rethinks profoundly about communication effect and conclude whatever how audiences decode, the ultimate effect is not to instill conclusion into audience but to arouses popular attention. Just like what agenda-setting theory expresses, the point is not how but what the audiences think. The last part is epilogue, the author emphasizes once more the success of the televised documentary.
