The top-quality curriculum construction is an important work of college curriculum reform and construction. Nowadays, Introduction to linguistics which based on web top-quality curriculum use such framework that is similar to the model of traditional courses featured with syllabus, outline of each chapters, electronic text of related materials and exercises of each chapters. So there are some problems in the implementing of web top-quality curriculum.The design of Introduction to Linguistics which based on web top-quality curriculum can not simply apply the ideas and methods of traditional curriculum design. we must show not only the features of Internet media's superiority, but also the professional ones of Introduction to Linguistics and contemporary concepts of education and spirit of education reform.With the experience of appling for Introduction to Linguistics which based on web top-quality curriculum, this paper discussed and researched how to construct the Introduction to Linguistics top-quality curriculum. This paper uses such methods as document, surveys, systems, laboratory research. It targets to Theory of Linguistics (editor-in-chief : Peng Zerun and Li Baojia) on chapter IV : Characters, and put forward the model of construction on Introduction to Linguistics which bases on web top-quality curriculum, and enriched the content of curriculum materials of Introduction to Linguistics. Also it lays a foundation on promoting the construction of Introduction to Linguistics about course contents and curriculum materials.The research is consistent with the spirit of reform and rules of teaching, and lays the foundation for cultivating lifelong learning ability, scientific and logical thinking of students. Also, it provides theoretical support, material resources and the specific implementation and operating methods on Chinese linguistics top-quality curriculum courses in colleges. This paper is divided into 4 parts:Part I: Raise questions, mainly analyzed the current web top-quality curriculum status and the existing problems, also the purposed and the significance of the study on this subject.Part II: The theoretical foundation and technical support. mainly analyzed theoretical foundation on Introduction to Linguistics which based on web top-quality curriculum and technical support about how to construct web top-quality curriculum.Part III: Teaching mode in internet environment. Systematically introduced network courseware, resources library as well as network exercise based on Introduction to Linguistics(chapter IV : Characters).Part IV: On the basis of practice about Introduction to Linguistics which based on web top-quality curriculum, summed up the innovation and inadequacy.
