The Law Thought Of Mo Tzu And The Research Of Its Philosophy Connotation

This paper tries to use the research technique in the field of the philosophy of law, take the "law" as the core to study Mo Tzu philosophy thought. Through seeing about the norm, the reality and the practice, on the one hand, revealed that Mo Tzu concerns the law thought ,and discusses the philosophy connotation of his philosophy of law; On the other hand, It is because of the broadness, reality of the philosophy of law, Mo Tzu law thought has also revealed it's practicality and feasibility.Paper is divided into nine sections: introduction, composed of seven chapters and the conclusion. In the introduction, the fundamental concepts have been resolved by reviewing the initiation of the word "law", this will be theoretically supporting the positioning of the concept of Mo Tzu law. In the chapter one, the main concept of this dissertation has been stated by reviewing the background of the generation of Mo Tzu law concept, as well as by discovering the main issues which Mo Tzu has been faced with and the solutions for those issues. In the chapter two, it has been discovered the logical point of Mo Tzu law concept by reviewing humanity and sociality, which is human's natural essentiality and social essentiality. In the chapter three, it has been discovered the equality and conceptual point of Mo Tzu law by reviewing the two main concepts of Mo Tzu law, which is all-embracing love and agreement with the superior. In the chapters four,five and six, it has been discovered the philosophic meaning by reviewing the limitation of Mo Tzu law and his thought of natural law and written law. In the chapter seven, it has been discovered how Mo Tzu law affected legalists by reviewing the influences of Mo Tzu law concept, so as to further determine the importance and significance. In the conclusion part, it has been further stated the practicality and manoeuvrability of Mo Tzu law concept by analyzing the previous chapters.
