The research of dialect is always an important part in the research of Chinese phonology.Guangyun广韵(GY) and Jiyun集韵(JY) include some dialectal terms. One part has the historical origin, the other reflects the nowaday phonetic condition. The latter is the emphasis. We'll take some methods, such as combining the objective discription and comparative analysis,to inspect the nature of Qieyun切韵(QY) phonetic system,to verify the dialect divisions of the Tang and the Song dynasty. After studying,we get some conclusions as follows:For one thing, QY is an alive dialectal phonetic system, with the basis of luoyang(洛阳) dialect. At the same time,it contains some dialectal terms. For another, the dialectal terms in GY and JY verify the dialect divisions of the Tang and the Song dynasty, which is accepted by the modern academia. The content of each chapter is as follows:Chapter one: In this chapter,we summarized the home-and-abroad research state about the dialectal terms in GY and JY,showing the theory and practical significance. We make it clear that the methods and directions.Chapter two: The dialectal terms in GY contain two parts: One part has the historical origin, the other reflects the phonetic condition of the Tang and the Song dynasty. The former might reflect historical-and-modern dialect. Those reflecting the nowaday phonetic condition get together at Wu,Qi,Jiangdong,Chu,Qin,Beifang and so on."Beifang"and"Nanfang"are distinguished clearly, which shows the two dialect divisions are forming. Several dialectal terms are in more than one division.Chapter three: Several nowaday-reflected dialectal terms of JY can be seen in GY.They get together at Wu,Chu,Qi,Qin,which correspond to Wu division,Xiang division,Zhongyuan and Qin respectively .Dialectal term in more than one division is common in JY.Chapter four:Comparing the dialectal terms in GY and JY,we'll get some characteristics as follows: Those nowaday-reflected dialectal terms create some new dialect divisions with inheriting something, which shows the changes of the distributed region in the Song dynasty. There are two representative dialects of the South in the Song dynasty. They are Wu and Chu,which have most in common. We should pay more attention to the Min dialects.Chapter five: The significance of research about dialectal terms in GY and JY lies in inspecting the character of Qieyun切韵(QY) phonetic system and verifying the dialect divisions of the Tang and the Song dynasty.According to the dialectal terms, QY is an alive dialectal phonetic system, with the basis of luoyang(洛阳) dialect. At the same time,it contains some dialectal terms. The distribution of the dialectal terms in GY and JY verifys the dialect divisions of the Tang and the Song dynasty, which is accepted by the modern academia, and supplements something in a way.
